This little chair really caught my eye in a consignment shop. I love its simple, sophisticated lines and did not want to over power the design with elaborate artwork. Since the wood was in good condition, I refinished the frame and chose the intricate and sophisticated butterflies for the artwork. Jennifer was probably a sewing chair as the seat lifts off for the storage. I named her after a little girl I met in 4-H who loves butterflies and other insects.
